We’ll help you succeed

This role joins our Private Client team who are based out our Guildford office but you'll have flexibility from that perspective. You'll provide tax compliance and advisory services for a wide range of regional, London and internationally based clients. This should be seen as an excellent opportunity to add some real breadth to your experience with a diverse portfolio of clients.

You will support and be involved in the continued expansion of PCS advisory work generally for HNWIs including tax areas such as international (residence and non doms), UK property, partnerships, trusts and owner managed businesses. 

Being client driven you'll deal with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of existing clients, developing client relations, identifying opportunities, and assisting with the development of targets in order to ensure the continued growth of the business. You will also provide assistance to senior members of staff in both client work and in the management of the group, as appropriate.

Key to the role is for the individual to be able to pro-actively manage their own workload, communicating with directors/partners on a regular basis. This is essential due to the size and nature of the team. Furthermore, the individual will be expected to be able to consider and highlight further opportunities to develop new work.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Staff management experience
• Maintain an in depth, up to date, knowledge of taxation 
• Ability to profitably manage a client portfolio
• Significant understanding of and previous experience within tax compliance 
• Tax advisory experience preferable but not essential
• Supervisory experience
• Able to demonstrate the keenness to develop a career within the profession
• Ideally educated to degree level with no fewer than 280 UCAS points and a 2.1. degree
• CTA and/or ATT qualified or qualified by experience
