The role is a chargeable role supporting the Corporate International tax team in achieving stable client relationships and obtaining new business opportunities in line with the BDO values.

You will be involved in:

  • Dual administration and tax duties, working alongside senior members of the tax team to ensure clients receive a high standard of care
  • Ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the team
  • Prioritising work for the team to ensure deadlines are met
  • Interaction with peers, tax preparers, managers, directors and partners
  • Manage client files within the Document Management System (DMS) and review information to identify gaps
  • Preparation and submission of correspondence and returns to official authorities
  • Supporting the development of the team by monitoring new business opportunities.

  • Dedication to providing a first-class service to clients
  • Highly numerate and very organised, readily able to grasp technical concepts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a varied workload
  • Intermediate level in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral
  • Initiative to promote and assist with the team processes
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A strong desire to work within the tax/financial services industry
  • Ideally have experience working within a tax environment
  • ideally have previous tax prep experience
  • ideally have previous client service experience
