When Adam joined BDO, he was driven by a desire to create opportunities for others. He believes in the potential of people to achieve great things when given the right support. This belief has guided his career, and he finds it fulfilling to help others realise their potential wherever he can help.

A few years ago, Adam's life changed hugely when his son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. This diagnosis brought significant challenges, including managing blood sugar levels and frequent hospital visits. Initially, Adam and his family knew little about the condition, but through education and experience, he became passionate about raising awareness and supporting others facing similar challenges.

For me, it’s really more than just the job, or job title. It’s about supporting each other, providing the space to share and grow, and that sense of connection

At BDO, Adam has found a supportive environment that allows him to be open about his circumstances. Adam is a firm believer that small actions can lead to significant changes, both personally and professionally. As he says, working at BDO is about more than just a job title. Supporting each other, providing space to share and grow, and fostering a sense of connection are what matters to him, and to the wider team around him.
