BDO CAREER MATCH-A COMPETITION – TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Promoter
The promoter is BDO Services Ltd (“BDO”, “we”, “us”) of 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU.
The Competition
The title of the competition is “BDO Career Match-a on Campus Competition” (the “Competition”).
The Competition invites participants to register their email address and/or share their “Career Match-a” via their Instagram Story, tagging @lifeatBDO.
How to enter
The Competition will run from 06 Oct 2026 at 10am (the "Opening Date") until 11 Nov 2026 (the "Closing Date"). Entries must be submitted via the linked form by the Closing Date. No purchase is necessary. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid, or damaged, regardless of cause. By entering the Competition, you agree to these terms and conditions. Winners will be selected at random by BDO based on registration and/or @lifeatBDO being tagged in the participant’s Instagram story.
Eligibility
The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
You confirm you are eligible to enter and to claim any prize you may win. Proof eligibility may be required.
The Promoter will not accept entries that are:
● Automatically generated by a computer or created using artificial intelligence, incomplete.
● Limit: one entry per person. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach the spirit or intention of the Competition.
The giveaway
The selected winner will receive:
● A year’s supply of matcha (one per week), at a café of your choice.
Giveaways are subject to availability and are non-transferable. No cash alternative is offered. Café must have a voucher scheme. Giveaways are supplied by Pink Squid (the "Supplier"). We may substitute giveaways with others of equal or greater value if necessary. The winner will be contacted via email or Instagram Direct message by BDO.
Limitation of liability
We will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting from participation or prize use, unless caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Ownership of entries and IP Rights
By entering, you:
● Assign all intellectual property rights in your entry to the Promoter, and waive all moral rights.
● You grant BDO a perpetual, worldwide licence to use, publish and adapt your entry in any media for publicity purposes.

Your data will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

General
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition if necessary.
These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes must be brought in UK
courts.
Data Protection
When you take part in Career Match-a, we will collect the personal information you provide through our forms, order form and other parts of the Career Match-a
experience. This will consist of your name, your email, your university and your date of graduation.
Pink Squid Ltd (“Pink Squid”), BDO’s creative agency, will collect and process this information on BDO’s behalf to help deliver the Career Match-a experience. Pink Squid may temporarily hold your information before it is securely passed to BDO.
BDO is the data controller, and Pink Squid acts as a data processor on BDO’s behalf. Pink Squid will only process your personal information in accordance with BDO’s instructions and for the purposes of delivering Career Match-a.
