Paula's aspiration to become a nurse was ignited at a young age, inspired by her godmother and supported by her family. Her early experiences in the Red Cross and playing 'doctors and nurses' with her sister laid the foundation for a fulfilling career in healthcare. At 18, she embarked on her nursing training, immersing herself in the demanding yet rewarding world of hospital wards. Despite the challenges, Paula thrived in the high-pressure environment, driven by a desire to make a difference. Her ambition and the support of mentors propelled her to leadership roles, culminating in her position as Chief Nurse, where she influenced the lives of countless patients and staff.
