What does the BDO application process look like?
The application process is designed to help candidates show what they're capable of, not what's on their CV. It includes an online application, video interview, virtual assessment centre and, for graduates and school leavers, a final in-office interview. The focus is on potential, values and how candidates approach problems.

BDO Hive is a free online platform for students and young people exploring their future careers. With free access to mentors from BDO, learning modules, skills content and career guidance, it's an ideal starting point for any young person who’s not quite ready to apply.
