Citizenship
Our 5+5 Citizenship programme gives every colleague ten dedicated days each year to contribute to communities and causes that matter to them.
That includes five Action Days to volunteer or fundraise for a cause of your choice, and five Strategic Days to put your professional skills to work in the community.
You could use that time to become a charity trustee, support young people with CV writing and interview preparation, volunteer or fundraise – choosing how your time and skills can have an impact.
