You’ll be someone who can work pro-actively, managing your own tasks, but you’ll also be confident collaborating with others, communicating regularly with senior managers, Directors, and BDO’s Partners to enable us to serve our clients effectively. You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.

Overview

Join one of BDO’s fastest‑growing teams within our Global Business Services (GBS) division, part of the Business Services and Outsourcing (BSO) stream. GBS works with a diverse portfolio of complex, multinational clients across sectors including technology, life sciences, real estate and financial services, delivering high‑quality outsourced accounting, payroll and compliance solutions worldwide.

We’re seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Service Delivery Executive to support our continued growth and enhance the client experience. Working closely with a senior leadership team of Partners and Directors, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating service delivery across a portfolio of international clients in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Based in our Bristol office, this role offers the opportunity to be hands‑on, build strong stakeholder relationships, and make a real impact. You’ll be expected to work in the office at least three days per week as part of a highly engaged and supportive team.

You'll be someone with:

  • Client service co-ordination experience, ideally in Professional or Financial Services

  • Experience of working with international clients/businesses

  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients, internal teams and overseas service providers

  • Proactivity and ability to manage and prioritise work

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with experience of balancing multiple deliverables across multiple clients simultaneously
