They dedicate their time and energy to support our people to develop knowledge and skills that will enable them to be at their best on audits. Our Faculty Managers are pivotal in supporting our facilitators– they are the engine behind theFacultystrategy and manage all aspects of delivery from facilitator identification through to evaluation,facilitator upskilling to recognition processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive the developmentandmaintenance oftheFacultystrategy to align with business needs and mitigate risks related to programme delivery.

  • Ensure the Faculty consistently meets business outcomes through effective management and coordination.

  • Assess Faculty effectiveness,identifychallenges and successes, and present solutions to theLeadership Team and those charged with governance.

  • Provide onsite project management and facilitation support for programme deliverywhen needed.

  • Develop andmaintainstrong stakeholder relationshipsto support execution of theFacultystrategy.

  • Monitor faculty utilisation and performance, report on risks, and propose commercial solutions.

  • Coach Faculty members to enhance their skills for delivering Audit L&D programmes and serve as a specialist L&D facilitator when needed.

  • Work collaboratively with wider L&D toensurefacilitator needs are considered appropriately andadequate facilitator supportis put in place across our programmes.

  • Introducenew ideasand innovations to improve programme delivery and learner experience, while streamlining processes for efficiency.

WhatWe’reLooking For:

  • Manager (or equivalent) with an interest / passion forLearning & Development.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Attention to detail, excellent analytical and project management skills.

  • Understanding of systems, processes and controlswould be beneficial.

  • Focus on operational excellence and quality.

  • Formal L&D qualifications are a plus but not essential.
