Our Digital team is dynamic and fast-paced, providing a stimulating environment for growth and development. 

We are looking to recruit an experienced Data Architecture and Engineering specialist at Senior Manager or Director level. This role is ideal for someone with a proventrack recordof building a pipeline of work combined with excellent coaching skills to support our growing technical team. We are looking for an individual that hasa clear vision, is up to date on the latest technologies, great problem-solving skills, intellectualcuriosityand an agile outlook.

You will be joining a UK team and report into a partner. Digitaloperatesas a nationalstreamand the role will involve collaborating with clients across the UK and supporting teams in other BDO offices. Through your work you will have the opportunity to workwith experienced team members in an environment that supports and encourages personal development of soft and technical skills.

You will be someone with:

• A strong network across the UK and a demonstrabletrack recordof originating,shapingand converting consulting opportunities for Data, Analytics and AI projects

• Consulting experience that spans solution development, proposal creation, commercial negotiation and building trusted advisor relationships at senior client levels.

• Proven experience in leading teams and projects, with strong coaching and mentoring abilities.

• A collaborative and clientcentric mindset, with the ability to translate business problems into compelling dataled solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges and drive projects forward.

• Knowledge of key challenges facing businesses and how digital technologies can be an enabler in solving those.

• Significant experiencein data architecture,engineeringor a related field. This includes experience in building data platforms and working with cloud services like Microsoft Azure.

• Proficiencyin programming languages such as Python and SQL, and experience with data platforms like Fabric and Databricks.

• Certifications in relevant technologies, such as Microsoft Azure, can be beneficial.
