We are looking for an Assistant Manager within our growing Digital, Cyber Governance team. You’ll play key role in delivering high-quality client engagements, developing and mentoring team members, and support in the continued growth of our practice. You’ll combine strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills, helping organisations navigate evolving technology risks while driving operational and control improvements. You’ll have a particular focus of this role will be supporting the delivery of PCI DSS and SWIFT Cyber Security Programme (CSP) advisory and assurance engagements across financial services, payments, fintech and broader regulated sectors. This role offers significant opportunity to develop specialist expertise in payment security, regulatory compliance and cyber governance

You’ll be someone with:

  • A current PCI DSS Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) certification. Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, COBIT, ACA, ACCA or CIA are advantageous.

  • Practical experience supporting compliance, advisory or assurance engagements against industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conducting control assessments, compliance reviews or audits against security and risk management frameworks.

  • Practical experience within Cyber Security, Information Security, Technology Risk, IT Audit, or Operational Risk.

  • A strong understanding of payment security principles and PCI DSS requirements.

  • Experience supporting clients through compliance assessments, control testing, remediation planning and governance reporting activities.

  • Knowledge of cyber security frameworks including: ISO 27001/27002/NIST Cybersecurity Framework/COBIT/ CIS Controls

  • Experience managing small teams and working collaboratively with strong project management and organisational skills to manage multiple engagements

  • Relevant professional qualifications or certifications (e.g. CISA, CRISC, CISSP, COBIT, ACA, ACCA, CIA, QSA or equivalent).
