Our Digital Advisory business has been experiencing double – digit growth consistently for the past three years. As a team of 130+, we are looking to grow our capability to bring quality and innovation to the market.

We are looking for a a data specialist at Manager level. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of delivering data consulting projects combined with excellent coaching skills to support our growing technical team. We are looking for an individual that is up to date on the latest technologies, great problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity and an agile outlook.

You will be someone with:

• Experience delivering data, analytics and AI consulting engagements, including requirements definition, solution design, delivery management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience applying data strategy, governance and / or delivery disciplines (architecture, engineering, analytics, AI) to solve real business problems and deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
• Ability to lead workstreams or small teams, taking ownership for delivery quality, timelines and client outcomes.
• Experience translating business problems into practical, data led solutions, working closely with client stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Comfortable working across the full delivery lifecycle, from shaping work and contributing to proposals through to hands on delivery.
• Strong problem solving skills, intellectual curiosity and an interest in staying up to date with emerging data and AI technologies
• Experience coaching and supporting junior team members, helping to build capability and confidence within the team
