You’ll be rewarded with a great work-life balance and a career with real purpose.

We’ll help you succeed

Leading organisations trust us because of the quality of our advice. That quality grows from a thorough understanding of their business, and that understanding comes from working closely with them and building long-lasting relationships.

  • Champion CMS to the wider business so it maintains its core function as a central CRM system.
  • Cooperate with other product managers from the enterprise eco-systems, ensuring CMS position by upkeep of integrations and business processes between them.
  • Advise on database and development best practice
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and end users to discuss best practice and future developments.
  • Attend regular system and programme meetings as a representative of the CMS product team.
  • Run regular CMS KPI reports in PowerBI in line with the needs of the business.
  • Contribute to the systems continuous development.
  • Manage CRM Data Senior Executive in successful delivery of data quality KPIs.

You’ll be someone with:

  • Proven experience in implementing and developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM within the professional services sector.
  • Basic technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365/CRM/Power Platform and associated products and technologies.
  • Experience in controlling data quality within the system, including setting targets for yourself and your team, aligning data processes, and performing clean-up exercises in accordance with data policy requirements and broader projects within the firm.
  • Proficient understanding of PowerBI.
  • The ability to be a self-starter, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Expert knowledge of project and product life cycles.
  • The ability to build rapport and establish good working relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage expectations and ‘push back’ when necessary.
