You’ll be someone who is both comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO’s partners to help businesses effectively.

You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.

Playing an important support role at BDO, our BDO Core team in Business Services & Outsourcing contributes to our success by managing and maintaining our key data and process management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for undertaking a range of system administration tasks for the data systems within BSO, primarily the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

The main roles include:

  • Developing training materials for end users and delivering training
  • Producing newsletters and posting updates and tips to our internal communications channel, Viva Engage
  • Managing access to the system and to the client portal
  • Carrying out data management work and data imports
  • Assisting with maintaining, updating and testing of system configuration
  • Providing first tier support for end users via Teams, email, and Viva engage
  • Supporting reporting by producing views, charts and dashboards

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft software, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Sharepoint. Experience using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI) is desirable
  • Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Quality oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Experience preparing and delivering training
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks whilst keeping track of own workload
  • Has a flexible approach and is adaptable.  Is a team player willing to make a contribution to the wider team.
