Salary: £23,070 - £25,150

Get ready to connect with subject-matter experts. Gain the management and commercial skills you need to take your career to new heights. Get hands-on and stuck into impactful projects. And earn while you learn, with work experience that helps you achieve ACA, or ICAS qualifications. 

Just bring a natural inquisitiveness, a desire to rise to challenges, and a passion for doing the right thing. And you won’t be doing it alone – we’ll provide mentorship and guidance that support you to balance work and studies, ace the exams, and become a fully-rounded professional.

About you  

Wherever you work with us, you’ll need to be curious, resilient, and adaptable. We’re big on relationship-building across all our teams, so we’ll help you develop excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bring a data mindset, strong logical and analytical skills, and critical thinking – we’ll give you the tools and training to develop everything else you'll need.   

You’ll also need the right to work in the UK as we are unfortunately unable to provide visa sponsorship for all any of our School Leaver programmes as they do not meet the current minimum salary requirements for sponsorship set by the Home Office.   

Programme-specific requirements:  

Three A-levels or equivalent at A*-C excluding General Studies and Extended Projects (obtained or predicted)   

9-4 in Maths and English at GCSE/Scottish Standards or equivalent (non-UK qualifications also considered)   

Ability and commitment to balance study and professional work   

Able to work from the location you apply to
