About the Audit Graduate Programme 
Over three years, you’ll get hands-on experience on a variety of projects, balance your work and your studies, and achieve a globally recognised ACA qualification. With the support of BDO’s subject-matter experts, you’ll gain a range of personal, management, and commercial skills that take you from a graduate to a well-rounded professional. You’ll need to be inquisitive. Hungry for knowledge. And keen to rise to the challenges our high-performing audit team faces.

About you 
Wherever you work with us, you’ll need to be curious, resilient, and adaptable, with a desire to be held accountable. We’re big on relationship-building across all our teams, so we’ll help you build excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bring a data mindset, strong logical and analytical skills, and critical thinking – we’ll give you the tools and training to develop everything else you'll need, in a role to be proud of.  

Due to the current minimum salary requirements set by the Home Office we are only able to offer sponsorship in some of our office locations. You and the role you are applying for must meet the UK  Home Office visa eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa. Programme-specific requirements
•    A 2:2 degree in any discipline (obtained or predicted)  
•    Three A-levels or equivalent at A*-C excluding General Studies and Extended Projects (obtained or predicted)  
•    9-4 in Maths and English at GCSE/Scottish Standards or equivalent 
•    Ability and commitment to balance study and professional work
