About the Finance School Leaver Apprenticeship Programme

Get ready to connect with subject-matter experts. Gain the management and commercial skills you need to take your career to new heights. Get hands-on and stuck into impactful projects. Earn while you learn, with work experience that helps you achieve the AATLevel 3 qualification (provided by First Intuition) with the opportunity to progress onto Level 4. During your 2 year programme you will rotate across our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams – working one year in each team. And after the 2-year programme, there’s a permanent role waiting for you.Just bring a natural inquisitiveness, a problem-solving mind, and a passion for doing the right thing. And you won’t be doing it alone – we’ll provide mentorship and guidance that support you to balance work and studies, ace the exams, and become a fully-rounded professional.
