You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.

The purpose of the Workday PMO & Senior Project Delivery Manager role, covering maternity leave, is to lead and manage Workday project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to change management processes. This role will coordinate tenant management, release and test management, and maintain the Workday Central Project roadmap. It involves strategic planning, effective communication, and continuous improvement, supporting product teams and facilitating regular cycles of enhancement.

In this role you’ll:

  • Develop and maintain project plans
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure they are completed on time
  • Track project milestones and deliverables
  • Manage Workday change requests ensuring changes are following the Workday change management guidance
  • Co-ordinate the Workday Change Advisory board meetings, agendas and minutes
  • Maintain the Workday Central Project roadmap
  • Update ERP reports
  • Support Workday product teams in coordinating and managing product roadmaps
  • Facilitate the move to a more regular cycle of continuous improvement
  • Develop a structured change strategy and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure an understanding, buy-in, and smooth implementation.
  • Provide training and support to facilitate adaptation, monitor progress, and gather feedback for ongoing refinement and improvement.
  • Create and execute a plan to increase business engagement and adoption in Workday using a range of techniques and change management best practice.
  • Coordinate tenant refresh schedules by communicating and agreeing on timings that accommodate Business-As-Usual activities, ongoing projects, and planned releases, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Co-ordinate Regression and new feature testing as part Workday twice yearly release
  • Coordinate and manage the testing process of Workday Projects, including planning, execution, defect management, reporting, and closure, while ensuring effective documentation

You’ll be someone with:

  • Initiative, organisation, effective communication, and the ability to challenge assumptions.
  • Knowledge of Professional Services processes, and project management qualifications are required or advantageous.
  • Experience with Workday or large ERP implementations
