Overview

As the Operational Excellence Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving market-facing initiatives across Operational Excellence, Finance Transformation, and Consulting. You will be a market maker and problem solver, shaping solutions that address client challenges and emerging opportunities.

Role Requirements

• Proven track record of success in winning, securing, and delivering complex projects in Operational Excellence, Finance Transformation, and Consulting.
• Deep market focus with an understanding of client challenges and emerging opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate opportunities into profitable engagements.
• Leadership and influence skills to build strong relationships and drive transformation initiatives.
• Capacity for complex problem-solving, delivering creative and pragmatic solutions.
