Our Digital team is dynamic and fast-paced, providing a stimulating environment for growth and development.  

We are looking for a dynamic Director to lead and expand our Microsoft Business Applications business in the UK, focused initially on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This market-facing role is responsible for shaping and driving the strategy for establishing and growing system integration business within our Digital capability. You will work closely with our Digital Transformation, Data, Analytics & AI and Microsoft teams to deliver exceptional client service and help our clients succeed.

You’ll be someone with:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a professional services firm, focusing on Dynamics F&O.

• Strong understanding of D365 system integration and digital transformation processes.

• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Demonstrated success in business development and strategic planning.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a straight-talking and human approach.

• Ability to work in an agile flexible manner in a fast-paced environment.
